This task is a utility for OBR
It extracts the bundle manifest entries and create a bundle XML record for the bundle repository index

Usage:
edit the build.for.test-jars.xml
edit the build.for.test-mf.xml

Build: 
ant

Test and demo:
ant -f build.for.test-jars.xml
ant -f build.for.test-mf.xml

TODO:
1) debug sub element <include> and <exclude>
2) add <mandatory> element
