SerialPort Tester version 0.9.3
Description: if your mobile phone, or other MIDP enabled device, supports serial port communication, then this utilty enables you to test it by sending commands to other side through serial cable. Tested on J2ME Wireless Toolkit but should work also, for example, with Motorola i85s with software "Release 2" or later.

If you use this midlet on Motorola's phones the format of connection string (port settings) is as follows: comm:0;baudrate=4800;stopbits=1;parity=n;databits=8;flowcontrol=n/n;
Format for other phones may be different.

Please note: it is based on streams and has possiblity to set generic connection string, therefore it may work with other protocols than serial port (i.e."com:") too.
